I took on this project I have been wanting to do for a long time. After moving into my new apartment I have been spending a lot of time browsing the web for home decor items. I keep seeing these gorgeous wall hangings wall hangings.
The Problem is that these can range from $70.00 to $400.00. As much as I would love to splurge on these pieces- I knew there had to be a cheaper way. I ventured out to michaels to find some items that could work. In the Jewelry section you will find these large rings. I was hoping for bigger ones, but the small ones work just as good.
I picked up some copper Krylon spray paint. I also debated between threads in the knitting section and finally chose one that is similar to this picture.
I only had to buy three things for this project....which all totaled up to be 13.98! Totally affordable and completely fun to make.
